The DiGiTT® certificate is based on a test, designed around the business world, which certifies your knowledge in the digital environment.

Based on around a hundred questions, which you must answer in a test lasting less than 1.5 hours, you will be evaluated with regards to a baseline of 50 fields of knowledge and key skills.

You will obtain a general score (out of 1,000 points), as well as a detailed personal presentation that will show your score for each of the 50 skills evaluated and a personalised evaluation.

This presentation will be available to you on mydigitt.com, a personal area that you can access with your password.

What is the purpose of the DiGiTT® certificate?

In a context of the digital transformation of companies, in which professions are rapidly evolving and companies have numerous expectations from a digital perspective, it is increasingly more important to be able to certify your expertise.

The DiGiTT® certificate boasts growing recognition among companies and enables you to stand out in the job market and improve your employability.

What is the term of validity of the DiGiTT certificate?

The professional digital environment is rapidly evolving and the DiGiTT® test is updated each year with the help of professionals.

Once you have obtained your DiGiTT® certificate, it is valid for 3 years, during which time you will have secure access to your personalised presentation on the page www.mydigit.com.

What is the DiGiTT® badge?

The DiGiTT® badge is a badge that you obtain directly after having taken the test. It shows the following important information:

· Your global score out of 1,000

· The rating associated to your score (average / advanced / expert)

· The unique ID of your certificate.

The badge is an important element of the DiGiTT® method and it can be displayed on social networks to improve your profile.

You can share it to your Facebook page or to your LinkedIn profile. from the "digital profile" page of your mydigitt.com account.

It is an excellent way to improve your personal branding.

What do the ratings AVERAGE / ADVANCED and EXPERT that appear on the badge mean?

The badge is an important element of the DiGiTT® method and it can be displayed on social networks to improve your profile.

Besides your score and your unique identifier, the badge displays a rating depending on your score:

AVERAGE: your score is between 300 and 649

* you have basic knowledge regarding digital areas for companies

ADVANCED: your score is between 650 and 849

* you have good knowledge in the areas evaluated and will probably achieve your goals. However, you must progress in certain importantaspects.

EXPERT: your score is between 850 and 1,000

* you have full knowledge of all of the digital areas evaluated. You are self-sufficient and operative within a company.

Note:

The specified rating refers to your overall score from the DiGiTT® test. We recommend that you also carefully check your scores area by area: they reveal a great deal about your skills in these more specific fields.

How do I share my DiGiTT® badge on the social networks?

It is very important to show your DiGiTT Badge to your contacts to help you to stand out and to place value on your knowledge and digital skills.

You can share your badge on your Facebook and LinkedIn profiles, and also by mail, from your personal profile.

What is the "DiGiTT® public profile"?

Your public profile includes all of the information that you can share with your online contacts. It allows you to promote yourself and to stand out among recruiters.

Your public profile also includes your preferred contact details: mail, LinkedIn, etc... You can customize this information from your account.

Important: the public profile only shows the main information, but does not reveal your detailed scores. This information is confidential and may be shared if you wish, by the PDF report that can be downloaded by accessing your personal mydigitt.com page.

What can be found on the mydigitt.com page?

Using a password that will be sent to you by email directly after having taken the test, you will have access to your personal area at mydigitt.com. Therefore, Mydigitt.com is the website from which you can access your personal area.

Once you are connected, you will be able to:

· Fill in your public data and customize your public DiGiTT® profile

· Share your DiGiTT® Badge on social networks and, in doing so, display your score

· Access your full and detailed presentation regarding all of the knowledge and skills evaluated

· Download a PDF version of your results, which you will be able to share with recruiters, for example.

What does the DiGiTT® presentation contain?

The DiGiTT® presentation has been designed to help you to position yourself with regard to business expectations.

It contains:

· Your DiGiTT badge, with your score and your rating, where applicable. It lets you share your score on social networks to stand out and get noticed,

· The digital radar and skill-specific information give you a detailed overview of your results and show you where you need to improve your skills,

· The "Digitheque" section, which offers a selection of web pages and other useful information so that you can improve your skills and knowledge,

· Your PDF report. Downloadable in one click, with this report you will be able to easily share your full presentation by email.

How does the DiGiTT® test work?

The DiGiTT® certificate can be obtained by taking a test with around a hundred questions, which must be completed within a maximum deadline of 1.5 hours.

Based on your answers to these questions, your DiGiTT® score will be calculated and your personal presentation will be generated.

You can take the test at your school (DiGiTT® is associated to several different schools) or at an official examination centre.

From the moment of registration, the examination dates will be announced by email or through your official login page.

On the day of the test, the administrator will also provide you with a password so that you can start to take the test on your assigned computer.

Mobile phones are not authorised. You will only be able to have a sheet of paper and a pencil on the table.

How will I be notified about the results?

Once you have taken the DiGiTT® test, your DiGiTT® badge will instantly appear on the screen, indicating your score.

You will also immediately receive an official overview by email to the address indicated when you registered for the test. It will include:

- your badge with your global score

- a provisional password so that you can access all your detailed scores and your complete and personalised presentation at www.mydigitt.com.

Finally, all of your results will be available on the network for 3 years, on your personal mydigitt.com area, along with your full report in PDF and the official certificate.

How is my DiGiTT® score calculated?

The DiGiTT® certificate is based on an innovative algorithm, developed specifically, which makes it stand out from other common tests and enables a much more detailed analysis of the results.

Each of the possible answers to the questions validates or invalidates one or several fields of knowledge or skills of the DiGiTT® baseline.

Therefore, your final score is the sum of all of the skills that you have validated through your answers, out of 1,000.

Important:

In the exceptional case that the number of correct answers for one of the fields of knowledge or skills evaluated is not sufficient to be able to statistically validate your score, we will add the field of knowledge/skill in question to the "complementary skill" section.

Who designs and validates the questions for the DiGiTT® certificate?

The DiGiTT® certificate brings together all of the expectations of the professional world in the context of the digital transformation of companies. Therefore, it has been designed with professionals from the business world.

Each question has been validated by an expert in the field in question (SEO, Cloud, etc.

Which companies recognise the DiGiTT® certificate?

Certain companies or recruitment agencies use DiGiTT® to select candidates. In this case, they will ask you to share your public DiGiTT® profile or your detailed PDF report.

Generally, we encourage you to share your DiGiTT® results with recruiters and recruitment agencies. It is an excellent way to promote yourself and to stand out from other candidates.

How is it possible to confirm the authenticity of a DiGiTT® certificate?

For some recruiters it is important to verify the authenticity of the DiGiTT® certificate.

This can be done by accessing the Validation page at the following address:

https://www.mydigitt.com/fr/opposabilite and introducing the identifier of the test that it is necessary to validate.

The unique test identifier is an identifier that starts by # and that includes a series of 9 figures and letters. Eg.: #123ABC456. (please get rid of all space characters before checking the identifier)

It can be easily seen on your badge and in all of the elements of the personalised presentation.

Where can I take the test and obtain the DiGiTT® certificate?

There are different ways to take the DiGiTT® test.

· If you are a student, your school is probably associated to DiGiTT® and may offer you dates on which the test can be taken. Do not hesitate in asking your head of studies for further information.

· You can also take the test at one of our authorised test centres. There are several in France.

· The best thing to do is to send us a message through our contact form, here.

For how long is the DiGiTT® certificate valid?

The digital world is rapidly evolving, and therefore the content of the DiGiTT® test is updated each year. It is a guarantee of keeping up with the expectations of the professional world as much as possible.

Your DiGiTT® certificate will indeed continue to be valid the whole time. However, in this rapidly changing context, we advise you not to present a DiGiTT® test that is over 3 years old, and that you once again take a new edition of the test.

What happens if I take the test for the second time?

The digital world is rapidly evolving, and therefore the content of the DiGiTT® test is updated each year with the help of professionals.

Once obtained, your DiGiTT® certificate is valid for 3 years.

If you wish to take the test for the second time and obtain a new DiGiTT® certificate, the most recent version will substitute the last one.

Note:

In order to keep track of your certificate, you can simply download and save the detailed report and the diploma issued for each of your tests, in a PDF format.

How much does the DiGiTT® test cost?

The cost of the DiGiTT® certificate depends on the environment in which you take it. We recommend that you contact your school, or that you send us an email, to look into the details of your specific case.
